Valencia, Spain

You've chosen the country, we'll find your home and handle the paperwork

We help with your visa or residence permit, search across every agency and private landlord, attend viewings on your behalf while you're still abroad, and check the contract before you sign. Once you're here — NIE, TIE, empadronamiento, healthcare.

What we help with

Four kinds of support, one point of contact

Services and prices

From the first call to the keys in your hand

Every case is priced after the initial consultation, once we know what actually needs doing. The consultation itself is free and lasts 45 minutes.

Why work with us

Five things that change the outcome

(+)

We're paid by you,
not by the landlord or the seller

Agencies earn their fee from the owner, so the owner's property is the one you get shown. We earn ours from you, which means we can tell you a flat or a house is wrong, push the price down and walk away from a bad contract.

(+)

One point of contact, from the visa to the keys

Visa, paperwork, a rented flat, a purchase: one team that knows your case from the first call, so nothing gets lost between offices, agencies and lawyers.

(+)

We go to the appointment with you

Spanish offices ask for unexpected papers and change their requirements. We prepare every document, book the appointment and stand next to you at the counter to defend your case.

(+)

The hard parts are done before you arrive

Visa applications are prepared remotely, and we attend viewings for you on a live video call, so you land with the hardest steps already behind you.

Offices, landlords and sellers respond differently when someone local does the talking. We handle it in Spanish and keep you in the loop in your own language.

What our clients say

Real stories from expats
we've helped move to Valencia

“I can't recommend Valencia My Home enough! Cris helped me find a wonderful new apartment in Valencia, Spain, in just one month, and the entire experience was so much smoother than I ever expected. A special thank you to Cris, who was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the whole process.”
Nancy Ruvalcaba, US
“I'm from the US and I needed help buying an apartment in Valencia. Cris helped with scheduling, translating for apartment viewings as well as negotiating prices, reviewing deed and contract with the notary, and helping me obtain a mortgage.”
Karl Griena, ES
“Cris helped me to find the perfect apartment for very good price. He was patient and very professional. Helped me with all paperwork and helped me communicate with landlords and even prepare required paperwork for them. Impeccable service!”

Questions we get

What people ask us before they pay

(«»)

"Can't I just look on Idealista myself?"

You're not paying us to browse listings. You're paying so that your application is considered at all: a verified document pack, a Spanish-speaking representative, access to listings before they hit the portals, and a contract checked before you sign.

(«»)

"What if you don't find anything?"

You pay 10% to start. The rest is tied to progress: 45% once the search is live and the first viewing is booked, 45% when you sign the lease.

(«»)

"Whom do you actually represent?"

You. We're not a real estate agency and we take no commission from the seller or the landlord. That is the whole point of how we're set up.

We're probably not the right fit if…

  • You're looking for the cheapest option available.
  • You haven't yet decided whether you're actually moving.
  • Your budget is under €1,000 a month for a family flat in the city centre.

We'd rather say this now than after you've paid. If that's your situation, tell us anyway —
we'll say honestly what is realistic for that budget.
